About the Role:
As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for managing the shipping process from start to finish, including coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping documents, and tracking shipments. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in this role. You will work closely with our customer service team to resolve any shipping-related issues and ensure a positive customer experience. Overall, your contribution will be critical in maintaining our reputation for timely and reliable delivery.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in shipping or logistics
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field
- Experience with international shipping and customs regulations
- Familiarity with shipping software and systems
- Ability to speak multiple languages
