Medix is hiring a Medical Assistant, EMT or LPN for a family practice clinic position in Rogers, MN.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the care team to deliver all components of individualized nursing care
- Room patients and complete vital signs and other pertinent physical measurements.
- Review charts for the presence of pertinent information relevant to the patient's appointment. This may include Prepared Practice work as developed by the team.
- Provide and document any needed and requested health educational materials to the patient.
- Obtain health history information.
- Obtain accurate vital signs, recognize and report variances.
- Assist with procedures and interventions within scope of practice.
- Assist with other duties within scope of practice.
Requirements:
- Diploma and / or current license
- Current BLS (AHA)
- EPIC experience a plus
- 1 year experience preferred
Schedule:
- Part Time
- M/W/F
- 8:30a-5p or 9:30a-6p
