Production Manager / Installation Manager

About Our Client:
Our client is a fast-growing floor coatings company currently building our installation division from the ground up.
They are in the early stages of growth and looking to bring in a strong Production / Installation Manager who wants to be involved from the ground floor.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role early, help shape systems, build teams, and influence the future direction of the company.
We are not looking for someone to maintain an existing machine.
We are looking for someone to help build it.
Compensation:
• $60,000 - $70,000 Base Salary
• $80,000–$85,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE) based on performance
• Performance bonuses tied directly to production KPIs

Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Production Manager (Installation Manager) to take full ownership of our installation division.
This individual will own the installation process from the moment a job is sold until it is completed, documented, and delivered at high quality and strong gross profit.
This is not a desk-only management role.
You will work in:
• The field
• The shop
• The office
You must be comfortable in all three.
We are looking for a builder, a leader, and someone obsessed with execution.
