Position Details:Sign-On Bonus for Night Shift:
- New Graduate Nurse: $10,000
- Experienced Nurse: $13,000
Position: Behavioral Health RN
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Night Shift
Location: Mercy Hospital Jefferson, Festus, MO 63028
Our Behavioral Health Services offer a structured and therapeutic setting for individuals facing psychiatric challenges, behavioral issues, and substance dependencies. Our committed multidisciplinary team fosters a therapeutic program designed to assist those in crisis through evaluation, education, medication management, individual and group therapy, and relapse prevention strategies.
Qualifications:
Education: Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
Licensure: It is your responsibility to secure and maintain a valid RN license in the state of employment or a compact license, ensuring compliance with all state nursing board regulations.
Certifications:
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or successful completion of the course within 30 days of hire.
