Saratoga Medical is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant in at the MCAS New River Marine Centered Medical Homeport in Jacksonville, NC. This amazing opportunity is a 40-hour work week schedule, Monday to Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Please see qualifications below and submit your resume if you are interested in being considered:

• Education:

Graduate from a medical assistant training program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) or the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) of the American Medical Technologists, or a formal medical services training program of the United States Armed Forces.

• Degree:

Certificate

• Certification:

Current certification as a Medical Assistant by the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or current registration by the American Medical Technologists (AMT), or completion of another formal program.

• Experience:

Minimum of one year of experience within the last two years as a Certified Medical Assistant.

• Additional Certifications:

Basic Life Support (BLS) and current Medical Assistant certification/registration as noted above.
