Social Services Director Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM
- Ensures patient-centered care and effective discharge planning through interdisciplinary collaboration and community resource coordination.
- The Social Services Director will oversee staff, quality metrics, budgeting, and regulatory compliance to maintain safe, efficient departmental operations.
Social Services Director Requirements:
- NE Registered Nurse License
- Minimum of 2 years RN experience
- At least 2 years of relevant social work
- The Social Services Director must posses strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and respond professionally to patient, employee, and regulatory inquiries
The Location:
- Located in South Central Nebraska
- Maintains more than 100 acres of green space, public parks, trails, a skate park, aquatic center, indoor sports field house and racquets center
- Not far from Johnson Lake which offers boating, fishing, and trails
