Our medically integrated practice needs a talented and experienced Chiropractor to join us in providing excellent care for our patients. You must be highly experienced with rehab, exercise programs, strength training, and pre and post surgical rehab with patients. This is a different type of practice and physical therapy skills are very important. You must be a highly-skilled adjuster with a welcoming bedside manner. We are growing a team of caring, attentive Chiropractors who listen to the needs of our patients and work hard to develop a treatment plan to decrease or eliminate pain and discomfort. You must have a current license to practice. At least five years of chiropractic experience is a must, but we may be willing to train a new graduate who is excited to practice and motivated to learn. Must have experience with rehab and bodily injuries and knowing how to rehabilitate a body part.

Chiropractor Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review the patient's medical history
  • Evaluate the patient's musculoskeletal system and spine to determine problem areas
  • Perform adjustments on the spine and other areas as needed
  • Discuss the benefits of chiropractic care and explain your recommended treatment plan
  • Request X-rays when necessary
  • Keep accurate patient records
  • Work directly with patients to help with bodily injuries
  • Develop and implement programs that focus on rehab
  • Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
  • Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patient's progress
  • Record and document patient care services
  • Collaborate with other team personal to achieve well rounded care

Chiropractor Requirements and Qualifications

  • Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited program
  • Current state license to practice
  • Knowledge of current industry trends and state and federal requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-related software
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Looking for a hard working, motivated, committed licensed individual with a strong desire to learn and implement our system
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
