Step into the role of CNC Mill Operations Supervisor at Avalign Integrated Medical Solutions in Mentor, Ohio. Your main goal will be ensuring customer contentment through advanced manufacturing techniques, while overseeing the Mill group’s activities.

Responsibilities:

• Guide Swiss/Mill group daily activities.

• Offer support in machine setup and functionality.

• Organize labor schedule to meet production demands efficiently.

• Maintain ERP transaction accuracy.

• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure optimal equipment performance.

• Partner with production control for cohesive scheduling.

• Analyze and report operational data for performance insight.

• Collaborate on process improvements with CI and Engineering teams.

• Troubleshoot technical issues alongside various departments.

• Uphold product quality standards.

• Contribute to staff training efforts.

• Implement and uphold 6S principles.

• Assist with strategic manufacturing planning.

• Ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards such as GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations.

• Undertake additional assigned tasks as needed.

What We Seek:

• Completion of High School education or GED, plus a minimum of 5 years in manufacturing or machining.

Preferred Skills:

• Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Blueprint Comprehension
