Management Positions (Office Manager)

  • Employment: Full-Time, non-exempt

Job Objective:

We are looking to invest in leaders who are willing to learn and grow to make a difference in their community! This management team would lead and manage all school staff in upholding Aqua-Tots Swim Schools core values and brand standards to provide customers with consistent, quality swimming lessons that adhere to the Aqua-Tots curriculum standards and provide excellent customer service in a safe and welcoming environment. Job Skills

  • Required Bachelor’s degree or 1-3 years of experience in management
  • Strong multitasking, decision-making, and leadership skills

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service and/or aquatics preferred

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Become Water Safety Instructor certified to be well rounded in Aqua-Tots business
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with potential and existing customers while building relationships with families
  • Provide information about our facility, swim program, mission, and core values
  • Become comfortable navigating our Point-of-Sale and CRM platforms
  • Ensure facility safety and cleanliness
  • Manage daily school operations for provide efficiencies, revenue growth, and retention of customers and staff
  • Handle customer complaints gracefully by using customer-focused principles in every customer interaction
  • Supervise/plan/anticipate staff scheduling and needs
  • Interviewing/hiring/training/evaluating/discipline/firing of staff
  • Lead monthly in-service trainings for the team
  • Other duties as assigned
