Job Title: Receptionist Job (CPA Firm)
Job Category: Clerical
Exact Job Location: San Antonio, TX
Be the welcoming face of our CPA office while managing daily front-office operations. Ideal for someone dependable, efficient and customer service oriented.
This is a full-time on-site position, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
*Additional hours required during peak times of the year.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
Answer phones and take messages
Respond to emails
Manage mail correspondence
Greet clients and visitors
Help maintain office calendar
Process Payments
Scanning and Project Management
Manage inventory of office supplies
Perform other clerical, administrative and notary tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Administrative assistant & Receptionist experience is preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Willing to learn new programs as needed.
Organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with a public accounting firm is preferred but not required.
Honesty and Integrity
Education:
High school diploma or GED certificate required.
Associates degree or two years of college is preferred.
Additional information:
