One of our School District clients in Baltimore, MD is seeking multiple Special Education Aides (1:1) to provide services within their School Systems for the 2025-2026 school year.

CLIENT'S HOURS
* Long Term Independent Contract Schedules available
* Immediate Start for the School year 2025-2026
* Competitive Compensation - $17/hr (Based on Experience)

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Ensure student remains on task academically
* Ensure student progresses according to their IEP and BIP
* Assist student(s) with class transition during the school day
* Provide verbal cues and physical de-escalation tools when student is in crisis
* Support teaching staff when assistance is requested

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent
* Minimum of one (1) year experience working with school-aged children
* Ability to satisfactorily complete and pass given background checks
* Additional training on various topics (ADHD, Autism, Etc.) are provided once a candidate is selected
