TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking an Ambulatory Service Representative for a hospital in the Houston area. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience providing customer service in a healthcare related setting, preferably pediatrics. Must have knowledge of medical and insurance terminology. Responsibilities include assisting with inbound and outbound calls, referrals, scheduling, verification of benefits/explanation of benefits, providing coverage for front desk if needed, and other duties, as necessary. Must have experience with Epic EMR system. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
