Job Description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A respected outpatient pharmacy in South Bend is seeking a Pharmacist to step into a leadership role as Pharmacist in Charge. This 13-week contract offers a pathway to permanent placement and is ideal for candidates with prior management experience or those ready to move into a PIC role.

Location: South Bend, IN
Assignment: 13-week contract with potential for direct hire
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:30 AM 4:30 PM
Tuesday: 8:30 AM 6:30 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM 12:30 PM
No weekends

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations
Oversee dispensing of approximately 100 prescriptions daily
Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain 340B program standards
Provide oversight and guidance to pharmacy staff

Requirements:

Active Indiana Pharmacist license
Previous pharmacy management experience preferred (open to pharmacists ready to step into PIC role)
Familiarity with 340B operations is a plus
