Job DescriptionAccounting & HR CoordinatorEmployment Type: Part-Time (Contract)Pay Range: $25 – $28 per hourMon-Thursday – Up to 6 hours in officePosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting & HR Coordinator to support day-to-day financial operations, HR administration, and general office coordination. This role will work across accounting, payroll, HR support, and administrative functions to ensure smooth internal operations and compliance with company policies.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting &FinanceManage Accounts Payable (AP) including invoice processing, vendor communication, and payment trackingSupport Accounts Receivable (AR) for U.S. customers including invoicing and follow-upsAssist with general accounting tasks, financial reporting, and record maintenanceMonitor and reconcile company credit card expenses (Chase)Process and manage employee expenses through Nexonia expense management systemCoordinate banking activities and reconciliations (Wells Fargo)Payroll & Benefits AdministrationSupport payroll processing and benefits administration through PaychexMaintain employee payroll records and assist with payroll-related inquiriesAssist with benefits enrollment and insurance documentationHR & Employee SupportAssist with local HR tasks including employee onboarding, documentation, and HR complianceMaintain employee files and HR recordsSupport internal communication related to HR processesCorporate & Administrative SupportProvide assistance with corporate and legal administrative tasksSupport U.S. office coordination, including internal operational supportProvide general administrative support to leadership and internal teamsQualifications3+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, HR administration, or office managementStrong knowledge of Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable processesExperience with Paychex, expense systems, or accounting software preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Strong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesHigh attention to detail and confidentiality
