We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance & Administration Manager to lead the company's financial activities and administrative operations. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, financial accuracy, and strategic support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning

Conduct financial analysis and prepare timely, accurate financial reports

Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making

Manage and guide the administrative team to ensure smooth and efficient office operations

Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets

Facilitate clear and effective communication between finance, administration, and other departments
