Summary: Ensures machinery, tools, and production lines are sanitized, functional, and compliant with safety standards. Key tasks include disassembling/assembling machinery, applying industrial cleaning agents, operating high-powered cleaning equipment, and performing preventative maintenance, crucial for preventing contamination and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Sanitization: Perform deep cleaning, sanitizing, and degreasing of production machinery and components in compliance with safety standards.
• Machinery Maintenance: Disassemble, clean, and reassemble complex machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Safety Adherence: Follow strictly designated sanitation procedures and OSHA, HAZMAT, or Food Safety regulations, including wearing protective equipment (e.g., respirators).
• Inspection: Inspect machinery for defects or damage and report issues to management.
• Documentation: Maintain logs of sanitation activities, chemical concentrations, and completed maintenance tasks.
• Operational Support: Support production lines by minimizing downtime through efficient cleaning turnaround.
