This is a business sales and development role that offers a wide range of growth opportunities, including management. Role Responsibilities
- Partner with local business owners & brokers to communicate the value of Aflac’s products & services
- Generate new sales through community-based outreach, networking, referrals & cold calls
- Schedule & conduct employer meetings regarding employee benefits and Aflac business solutions
- Educate employees on benefit options & conduct worksite benefit enrollments
- Provide claims support and customer service to new & existing clients to boost retention and renewals

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have reliable personal transportation and active driver's license
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need of current or future employer-sponsorship/work authorization
