Architectural Drafter (Entry Level)
We’re hiring for a recent graduate or early-career drafter who wants to gain experience working directly with architectural drawings, 3D models, and commercial construction documentation.
You’ll join a growing, collaborative team that supports interior and exterior nationwide projects. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy precision, structure, and translating drawings into accurate, buildable information.

What You’ll Do
As an Entry Level Architectural Drafter, you’ll be responsible for converting conceptual ideas into architectural drawing sets into accurate takeoffs, layouts, and documentation that support quoting and production.
On a typical day, you’ll review drawings including plans, sections, elevations, floor plans, and reflected ceiling plans to understand project scope and requirements. You’ll identify areas that need to be drafted and quantified to calculate quantities directly from drawings and 3D models.
All training is provided. You’ll be supported by experienced team members and given time to build confidence.
About You
- Are a recent graduate in architecture, drafting, or design
- Prefer technical, detail-driven work over conceptual design
- Enjoy working with drawings, measurements, and digital models
- Want to strengthen your CAD and 3D modeling skills
- Are looking for a stable, in-office role with clear expectations
- Want to build solid professional experience on your resume
Required Qualifications
- Degree (2- or 4-year) in:

- Architecture
- Interior Design
- Industrial Design or a closely related field
- Ability to open and understand architectural drawing sets
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with measurements
- Willingness to follow defined drafting standards and processes
- Clear communication skills and comfort asking questions
