Job DescriptionBloomfield Wax and Skin Care Center is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Teeth Whitening Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty, client care, and delivering safe, effective whitening treatments that enhance client confidence.
Responsibilities:
Perform professional teeth whitening treatments in a safe and sanitary environment.
- Conduct client consultations to assess needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and treatment areas.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Accurately document client services and maintain records.
Qualifications:
- Teeth Whitening Certification in addition to having a NJ state Esthetician or Cosmetology License.
- Previous experience in spa, beauty, or dental field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Skills:
- Sales experience or ability to upsell services/products.
- Knowledge of oral care and cosmetic treatments.
- Customer service experience in a luxury or spa setting.
