Job Description

We’re partnering with a school district in Maricopa County, Arizona to hire a dedicated School Psychologist starting in January 2026. This is a full-time, in-person position at the high school level.


As a School Psychologist, you’ll play a key role in supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. You’ll collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to identify student needs, develop intervention strategies, and promote a positive school climate that fosters success for all learners.


Position Details:

Location: In-person, Maricopa County, AZ

Schedule: Full-time (school hours, Monday–Friday)

School Year: 2025–2026


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological and educational evaluations to identify students’ needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provide counseling, behavioral interventions, and crisis response support.
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to promote effective learning environments.
  • Support MTSS and RTI initiatives through data analysis and intervention planning.
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and district regulations and documentation requirements.


Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
  • Current Arizona School Psychologist certification through the Arizona Department of Education.
  • Experience working in a school setting preferred (high school experience a plus).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and multidisciplinary teams.
