Your Day-to-Day:
- Represent Raynor Services with pride and professionalism
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
- Install, maintain, and repair water, gas, and drainage systems, fixtures, and appliances
- Perform plumbing inspections and ensure systems meet local codes and regulations
- Troubleshoot issues efficiently and provide clear, effective solutions
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about system conditions, repairs, and options
- Educate customers and help them make informed buying decisions
- Support company goals by generating leads, promoting service agreements, and recommending upgrades when appropriate
- Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of residential plumbing service experience
- Experience with well systems, well pumps, and water softeners is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- A dependable, team-focused, and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a high level of accountability and integrity
- A competitive drive and desire to succeed
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Some sales experience preferred
