About The Opportunity

A rare opportunity to join a high functioning and supportive HR team! We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Analyst to round out our close-knit department. The incumbent will be the owner of all things DATA related to our HR analytics and reporting.

Key responsibilities will be:

  • Gather, process, and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data related to compensation, employment, performance, demographics, recruitment, and retention.
  • Work within UKG (HRIS) to extract, manage, and analyze data.
  • Develop reports and present findings to stakeholders, often translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of HR policies, programs, and initiatives by analyzing relevant data.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking to compare the organization's HR practices with industry standards and best practices.
  • Act as regional HR representative to support onboarding, orientation, new hire processing, and employee relations items.

In order to be successful in this role, here’s what we will need from you:

  • A positive can-do attitude
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to use statistical tools and techniques.
  • Understanding of HR practices, policies, and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings and recommendations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, data analysis tools, and reporting software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

About You

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys turning data into action, influencing processes through extreme efficiency, and a passion for people analytics. You have a degree in Human Resources or related field such as Business Administration or Data Analytics, plus 2-3 years developing your trade. In addition, you have proven advanced Excel skills, exposure to VBA, and maybe you’ve even used UKG Pro and their reporting platform built on Cognos Analytics.
