Job DescriptionJob Title: Quality Control TechnicianResponsibilities
- Collaborate with the Quality Manager to uphold quality standards across the manufacturing facility.
- Conduct regular inspections on the shop floor to verify product quality and compliance with standards.
- Work closely with floor associates; assemblers, operators, and welders to ensure adherence to quality guidelines.
- Utilize precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and comparators.
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Communicate effectively with production-level associates to identify and resolve quality issues.
Essential Skills
- Strong mathematical skills, comfortable with algebra.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation purposes.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted repeatedly throughout shifts.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with precision measuring tools like micrometers and calipers.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and GD&T.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing quality inspection is a major plus.
- Familiarity with CMM and Faro Arm technologies.
- Understanding of shop math and close tolerances.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $29.00/hr.
