Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist to serve an elementary caseload for the remainder of the current school year. This position involves providing specialized speech and language services itinerantly across 2-3 school sites, supporting students' communication development and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
- Travel between multiple school locations to deliver consistent therapeutic services.
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary collaboration.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure or certification.
- Experience working with elementary school populations.
- Ability to manage a caseload across multiple school sites efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to itinerant work schedules.
