Instructor/Training Coordinator

Required Skills & Experiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- 1–3 years administrative or accounting support experience
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and handle quick turnarounds
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Learning Management Systems or relationship databases
- Background in adult education or professional development
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage inquiries received through centralized tools
- Complete training and enrollment requests in the LMS (creating scheduled offerings, closing offerings, assisting with enrollment)
- Create and update communications materials (PowerPoint, video, bulletins, etc.)
- Support development of marketing/promotional materials for training programs
