Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic rehab setting in Hueytown, AL, with new grads and first-time travelers welcome to apply.
Details
- Outpatient orthopedic setting focusing on post-op and musculoskeletal patient populations
- 8-hour day shifts
- Expected patient load of 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
- Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected
- No floating to other clinics required
- Travel team placement within this clinic or a neighboring clinic may be available
- No on-call requirements
Requirements
- Current PT license required; active state license required if applicable (note: Colorado does not accept the compact PT license — an active Colorado license is required)
- BLS certification required
- Outpatient experience preferred
- New graduates and first-time travelers will be considered
- PTAs will not be considered for this position
- Date of birth required for consideration
Additional Information
- Primary responsibilities include evaluation and treatment of outpatient orthopedic patients
- Double-booking is a routine part of follow-up visit scheduling
- Local candidates (within 50 miles of the facility) are accepted
