Position: Sealcoating Laborer & Driver
Pay: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience
Description:
Join our team as a Sealcoating Laborer & Driver. You’ll help prepare, seal, and finish asphalt surfaces on driveways, parking lots, and roadways, and transport materials and equipment to job sites. This is a hands-on, outdoor role that’s perfect for someone who likes physical work and being part of a team.
Requirements:
? Valid and insurable Class D driver’s license
? Clean driving record
? Ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions
? Reliable and punctual
Responsibilities:

Safely drive company vehicles to and from job sites

Assist crew with cleaning, preparing, sealing, and striping asphalt surfaces

Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials

Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and equipment
