The Role
We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Construction Laborer to support our project teams on-site. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in hands-on work, enjoys being part of a collaborative team, and is eager to learn and grow in the custom homebuilding industry. You'll be an essential part of helping us deliver outstanding homes and renovations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Load, unload, and move construction materials and tools
- Assist skilled tradespeople and site supervisors with daily tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Set up and take down temporary structures (scaffolding, barricades, etc.)
- Perform demolition, digging, backfilling, and other site prep activities
- Support delivery coordination and help track material usage
- Follow safety protocols and attend required job site meetings
- Be flexible and ready to jump in wherever needed on-site
What You Bring
- 1-3 years of construction, landscaping, or manual labor experience preferred
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors, and perform physical labor daily
- Knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the company
- Reliable transportation to various job sites across the Tri-Counties region
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
