Responsibilities
• Support daily spa operations, including opening and closing
• Oversee front desk and service staff during shifts
• Create schedules and manage time-off requests
• Handle guest concerns and service recovery
• Hold staff accountable to company standards
• Conduct weekly inventory counts and track usage
• Place supply orders on a regular cadence and prevent shortages
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Support rebooking and retail sales efforts
Qualifications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving ability
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Spa, salon, or hospitality experience preferred
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
