Assistants will handle room turnover, sterilization management, inventory, assisting doctors and hygienists, patient education, and helping us to maintain our clean, calming, and positive environment!

Compensation:
$18 - $24 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Assist dentists during various dental procedures, including fillings, crowns, extractions, bone grafts, and implant surgeries
- Perform digital radiographs, Panoramic, and CBCT radiographs when necessary
- Adhere to the highest standards of sterilization and infection control procedures
- Utilize an iTerol scanner
- Prepare the operatory before each dental procedure
- Ensure smooth office workflow and efficiency
- Provide support for front desk tasks whenever required within the skill set
- Support dentists during Invisalign and cosmetic cases
- Fabrication of whitening trays
Qualifications:
- To be considered for the Chairside & Sterile Dental Assistant position in Woodbridge Township, NJ, US, you must have a current Radiology certification
- Prior experience as a dental assistant is preferred for this role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential
- The ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively to the team atmosphere is a must
- Punctuality and reliability are key qualities needed for this position
- A warm and welcoming personality and professionalism are essential for this role
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience with Dentrix software is preferred
- Essential attributes include dependability, strong time management, professionalism, teamwork, effective communication, and organizational skills
- Phlebotomy training is a plus
- Cross-trained applicants are a plus
