Description of the role:
The Shipping &amp; Receiving Clerk at Zeigler Ford of North Riverside will be responsible for handling shipping and receiving tasks in the parts department. This role requires attention to detail and efficiency in order to ensure accurate inventory management.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Receive incoming shipments of parts</li>
<li>Verify contents of shipments against packing slips</li>
<li>Pick and pack orders for outgoing shipments</li>
<li>Utilize scanners and computer systems to track inventory</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized work area</li>
<li>Put away stock orders</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and efficient special order organization</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Prior experience in shipping and receiving preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge of scanners is preferred</li>
<li>Computer proficiency is required</li>
<li>Tuesday through Saturday from 5:30am to 1:30pm</li>
</ul>
