Job DescriptionSolid Solutions LLC, a local family-operated Tampa Bay-based company, is seeking a project manager to come in and help us grow while going above and beyond to help us meet every single one of our customers' expectations.

Planning and Organization:

  • Defining project scope and objectives:
    Clearly outlining what the project will and won't include, and what the desired outcomes are.
  • Developing a project plan:
    Creating a detailed roadmap that includes timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Managing resources:
  • Allocating and managing human, financial, and physical resources to ensure the project stays on track.
  • Creating and managing budgets:
  • Developing and tracking the project budget, ensuring it stays within allocated financial constraints.
  • Setting realistic deadlines and monitoring progress to ensure the project is completed on schedule.

Implementation and Execution:

  • Leading and motivating the project team:
    Providing guidance, support, and direction to the team members involved in the project.
  • Monitoring progress and identifying potential issues:
    Tracking the project's progress, identifying potential roadblocks, and taking corrective actions to keep the project on track.
  • Managing risks and issues:
    Identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact the project's success.
  • Ensuring quality standards:
    Maintaining quality control throughout the project to ensure the deliverables meet the required standards.
  • Adapting to changes:
    Being flexible and adapting to changes in the project scope, timeline, or budget as needed.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Documenting project activities and results: Maintaining accurate documentation of all project activities, milestones, and outcomes.
  • Evaluating project performance: Assessing the project's success and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance: Adhering to relevant regulations and standards.
  • Traveling to job locations will be required
  • Placing staffing at the appropriate job sites is part of your daily responsibility
  • Building a qualified team to ensure we have the correct staff to fit our customers' needs
