We’re looking for dependable Construction Laborers to join a leading asphalt, concrete, and heavy civil construction crew. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, teamwork, and learning from skilled professionals in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

You’ll assist with roadwork, paving, site preparation, and material handling for large-scale projects that shape local communities.

Responsibilities

• Assist equipment operators, drivers, and foremen on job sites

• Shovel, rake, and smooth materials such as asphalt and gravel

• Set up cones, barricades, and safety signage

• Load/unload tools and construction materials

• Perform general cleanup and maintenance of equipment

• Follow all site safety rules and procedures

• Pouring Concrete working with rebar

Qualifications

• Previous construction or labor experience preferred

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Willingness to learn and follow directions

• Ability to read a tape measure
