Our CRM makes it incredibly easy for everyone from solo financial advisors to enterprise firms to manage their current book of business, and increase their sales.
Our software integrates with leading FinTech brands and general tools like Google and Outlook. It enables them to manage their book of business, streamline their workflow, and grow their practice.
We are Series B funded for $30MM, have been in business since 2012, and have150 employees.
We are REMOTE first and our team is distributed throughout the country.
Due to growth, we are hiring a Enterprise Customer Education Specialist experienced with:
- B2B SaaS
- Client trainings
- Onboarding/implementation
- Running Webinars
- Setting up software configurations
- Experience in financial services or working with financial advisors is a big plus, but not required!
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead onboarding and implementation for new customers
- Guide customers through our platform and conduct discovery
- Make client workflows more efficient within our system
- Deliver live and recorded custom training session to clients
- Run webinars and develop relevant content
