What Youll Do:
- Create a safe, loving, and engaging environment that inspires two-year-olds to thrive.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans focusing on play-based learning, social skills, and early development.
- Spark creativity through arts, sensory activities, and interactive play.
- Foster language development and encourage self-expression in every little voyager.
- Collaborate with families to support each childs unique journey.
- Model Lil Voyagers Academys core values of excellence, kindness, and integrity every day.
What Were Looking For:
- A bubbly, positive personality with a passion for working with young children.
- Experience in early childhood education (required) and a dedication to continuous learning.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Someone who holds themselves to high standards and aligns with our mission to provide outstanding care and education.
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
