Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team! Pay: $95-135K per year Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Oversee all aspects of construction project from preconstruction to closeout.</li>
<li>Allocate resources for assigned projects and maintain project schedule.</li>
<li>Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors and make sure all safety protocol is followed through life of the project.</li>
<li>Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients</li>
<li>Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs and timely services.</li>
<li>Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree, certification, or extensive previous experience in construction management or other related fields. Specifically experience in supervising higher education or science and technology projects.</li>
<li>Strong familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, &amp; Scheduling software</li>
<li>Strong leadership qualities &amp; negotiation skills</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Safety minded and OSHA 10/30 certified.</li>
