Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production schedules, workflow, and daily operational priorities.
- Utilize fiber laser equipment and CAD/CAM software to design, program, and cut parts.
- Drive accountability and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Assist with overseeing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy, quality, and material readiness.
- Support costeffective purchasing decisions and timely procurement.
Qualifications:
- Proven background in production management
- Hands-on laser cutting and CAD/CAM programming experience
- Willingness to learn and support inventory management and purchasing
