• Facilitate the scheduling of various medical services and follow-ups.
• Check patients in and out, ensuring a seamless and attentive experience.
• Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers to promote effective communication.
• Monitor appointment calendars and address any conflicts or changes promptly.
• Provide administrative support to the healthcare team when needed.
• Ensure all patient-related documentation meets compliance standards.
• Proven experience in patient scheduling and appointment coordination.
• Familiarity with managing and maintaining medical records.
• Strong interpersonal skills to assist patients effectively and empathetically.
• Proficiency in using healthcare-related software and systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of confidentiality protocols and HIPAA regulations.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or medical setting preferred.
