About the Role
As an Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst I, you'll learn how to manage accounts receivable in a dynamic, high-impact business. You'll work with data, communicate with clients, and partner with internal teams—all while building valuable skills in finance, operations, and problem-solving.
We'll teach you the "how." You bring the drive.
What You'll Learn & Do
- Reconcile invoices between client systems and our internal platform (NetSuite)
- Identify and solve discrepancies (think: detective work with numbers)
- Communicate with clients about invoices and payment timelines
- Track payment details and keep records organized and up to date
- Create invoices and credit memos as needed
- Support team projects and gain exposure to business operations
Who This Role Is Perfect For
- Recent graduates or those early in their careers
- Individuals with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or campus organizations (sorority/fraternity, clubs, leadership roles, etc.)
- People who enjoy working with numbers, solving problems, and staying organized
- Self-starters who are eager to learn and grow in a professional environment
What You Bring
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and a professional mindset
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite programs as well as other accounting software programs.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience working with an ERP system (NetSuite experience is a plus)
