Job Title: Customer Experience Coordinator
Location: 2725 Scherer Drive North, St. Petersburg, FL 33716
Duration: 3–6 Months
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Description:
Customer Experience Coordinator to join the Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHS&S) team in St. Petersburg, Florida.
This role plays a vital part in supporting daily reception and administrative functions while helping maintain a safe, secure, and professional site environment for employees, visitors, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Administrative Support
Greet and direct visitors professionally; provide accurate information and assistance.
Manage conference room schedules and visitor logistics using Microsoft Outlook.
Answer incoming calls, transfer them appropriately, and manage voicemail messages.
Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, customers, auditors, and delivery personnel.
Issue visitor badges and ensure compliance with site escort policies.
Prepare outgoing shipments and assist with internal mail/package distribution.
Order food, refreshments, and materials for customer visits, audits, and meetings.
Maintain printer supplies and coffee station inventory.
Security & Safety Support
Monitor visitor activity and report any suspicious behavior.
Support emergency testing and site drills.
Administer visitor and contractor badge access systems in coordination with the Site Security Leader.
Enter safety concerns into the in telex system and scan records to internal drives.
Ensure site brochures are stocked and available at key access points.
General Office Coordination
Create, review, and maintain visitor CDAs; coordinate with the Legal team for approvals.
Provide clerical support using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience:
1–2 years of customer service experience required
3–5 years of security-related experience preferred
Skills & Abilities:
Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Familiarity with clerical processes and office systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills, multitasking, and time management
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative
