Sales Representative (B2B)
Location: City of Commerce, CA
Pay Rate: $29.00 per hour + Commission
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are seeking a driven and personable B2B Sales Representative to join their growing team. This role focuses on maintaining and expanding existing client relationships, driving repeat business, and representing the company at key national trade shows.
This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys relationship-building, product promotion, and working in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct warm outreach to existing and past clients to generate repeat business (no cold calling required)
- Promote a diverse product catalog including lighting, tools, electronics, housewares, gift items, and more
- Attend two annual trade shows in Las Vegas to represent the company and expand client relationships
- Build and maintain strong client partnerships to support long-term account growth
- Accurately maintain customer records, product details, and updates within Microsoft Excel
- Enter and process manual customer orders into the internal system
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Provide excellent customer service through clear communication, product knowledge, and professionalism
- Identify opportunities to introduce new products and increase sales within existing accounts
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (required)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong time management abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable traveling to attend trade shows (all expenses covered)
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
