Accounts Receivable Team Member (Camarillo)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Accounts Receivable person to join our growing accounting team.
Position Overview
The Accounts Receivable person is responsible for working with existing staff in managing client billing, processing payments, and ensuring accurate financial records. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, working with others, and is comfortable communicating professionally with clients regarding account matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and process invoices for service contracts
Post and reconcile customer payments accurately and timely
Assist in Monitoring outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently when required
Communicate with clients regarding payment inquiries and arrangements
Partner with internal departments regarding billing issues
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred is a plus)
1–3 years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially
Experienced having used previous accounting software and Microsoft Office/Excel
We provide training on our systems and full support to new members joining of team
