GOJET AIRLINES - CREW RECORDS ADMINISTRATOR
LOCATION - ST. LOUIS, MO
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS Included in position but not limited to:
- High School Diploma required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be extremely detail oriented. Must have ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Dependability is important. Must have an outstanding attendance record and performance in present position.
- Must be someone with dedication and a high level of motivation. Must be able to function independently.
- Must have working knowledge of company policies & procedures. Knowledge of CFRs and Pilot/Flight Attendant contracts preferred.
- Must be able/willing to work efficiently in stressful situations meeting deadlines.
- Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 12 months of company seniority or equivalent airline industry experience.
- Must currently live in or relocate to the St. Louis area.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Included in position but not limited to:
- To ensure crew qualifications are maintained within regulatory compliance.
- Data Entry: Ensure all training data is entered into approved digital record keeping system.
- Data entry of flight crew and dispatch training records into our electronic tracking systems.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure training forms are correctly filled out and complete. Verify accuracy of qualification data maintained in digital record keeping software.
- Track progress of training paperwork required to be completed by the 25th of every month, and correspond and report as required to inform Flight Operations, Inflight and Crew Scheduling of the status of forthcoming expiration dates of medical certificates, temporary certificates and passports with advance notification.
- Provide copies of training records that are officially requested by other airlines under the Pilot Records Improvement Act (PRIA).
- Collect and maintain all paperwork for permanent records and tracking upon completion of training program, audit records for accuracy prior to entry into approved electronic record keeping system.
- Ensure standard processes and procedures are consistently maintained.
- File all forms and personnel documents into secure record files and personnel files.
- Perform audits of files, and computer records.
- Maintain ongoing filing, auditing, and generating reports.
- Work closely with FAA, Flight and Inflight management and Scheduling personnel.
- CFR Compliance: Maintain a high level of knowledge of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs), crewmember contracts, training manuals and Company policies and procedures.
- Manual Administration: Become familiar with any updates issued to departmental Training/Procedures Manual(s).
