As a key member of the executive team, the selected candidate will hold full-time leadership responsibilities, reporting directly to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with organizational objectives, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and performance management.
- Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, fostering a culture of belonging and innovation.
- Design and implement leadership development and training programs to support career growth and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, mitigating risk and promoting best employment practices.
- Provide strategic HR counsel to senior leadership on organizational design, change management, and talent strategies.
- Analyze HR data and key performance metrics to drive informed decision-making.
- Optimize the HR budget and resource allocation, ensuring maximum impact and efficiency.
- Serve as a trusted executive partner, enhancing employee experience and cultivating a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree or HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving strategic HR initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
- Strong expertise in employment laws, HR compliance, and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience leveraging HR technology systems (HRIS, ATS, analytics tools) to streamline processes and drive efficiency.
- Ability to navigate complex business challenges, lead through ambiguity, and drive organizational transformation.
