Pay: $15–$18 per hour (DOE) + Bonus Opportunities
Schedule: Monday – Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative with sales experience to join our team. This position focuses on assisting walk-in customers, answering questions, and setting appointments for partnered flooring showrooms. Candidates should be comfortable interacting with customers and providing excellent service while generating sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers with questions and product information
- Provide excellent customer service and sales support
- Schedule appointments for customers with flooring showroom partners
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment
- Accurately document customer information and appointment details
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience required
- Experience with floor sales preferred
- No fast food or retail-only sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers and scheduling appointments
- Professional, reliable, and goal-oriented
Compensation:
- $15–$18 per hour (depending on experience)
- $25 bonus for every appointment successfully scheduled
