Join our team at Meadowview Nursing Center! Located at 7300 US HWY 78 E Pell City, Meadowview Nursing Center is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our facility as the Administrator.
As the Administrator, you will serve as a pivotal figure in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of our skilled nursing facility. Your leadership, management, and regulatory compliance skills will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of resident care and facility management.
Key Responsibilities of an Administrator:
Overseeing all aspects of facility operations, including resident care, staff management, financial management, and regulatory compliance.
Leading and managing a team of dedicated healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of quality care and services to our residents.
Collaborating with department heads to develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs that promote resident well-being, safety, and satisfaction.
Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Managing budgets, financial resources, and billing processes to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, staff members, and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and community partners.
Serving as the primary point of contact for resident inquiries, concerns, and grievances, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Participating in state surveys, audits, and inspections, and implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain compliance and accreditation standards.
Must be a Licensed Administrator in the State of Alabama

This position requires a set schedule of Monday to Friday, in-office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with availability for evening, night, and weekend work as needed, including during state surveys or special audits from third parties.
