Activation Planning Marketer
Location: Maplewood, MN (Onsite Mon - Thur)
Duration: Contract through February 2026
An Activation Planning Marketer (serving as a maternity leave fill) is responsible for assisting the Area Marketing Operations Leader (AMOL) & Country Activation Marketers (CAMs) in developing and executing marketing activation plans that support the division’s growth targets and adhere to marketing objectives and resources. They track the performance of marketing tactics, including demand generation, sales enablement, and channel activation, ensuring tactics align with the division's priorities and timelines. Their role involves close coordination with AMOLs and CAMs to ensure that all initiatives are integrated and effectively meet the established timing and effectiveness objectives. Ultimately, they aim to drive successful marketing outcomes by aligning strategies with the division's overarching goals?.

- Assist AMOLs & CAMs in planning, preparing, and implementing integrated marketing campaigns based on strategic priorities, budget, and timelines.
- Track marketing tactics, recording KPIs, budget, and key information, and propose effective marketing tactics using available resources and industry best practices.
- Regularly report on Activation Plan outcomes, linking tactic effectiveness to key strategies and KPIs, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to localize and activate marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency and cost efficiency.
Monitor live campaign performance, share results, and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
Skills
- Six (6) years of marketing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Skills include integrated marketing (demand generation, sales enablement, channel activation), digital marketing, project management, communication, strategic thinking, collaboration, and vendor management.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher
