The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist will play a vital role in supporting a large corporate office comprised of multiple departments. This position requires managing front desk operations, coordinating schedules using tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Google Workspace, and proprietary scheduling software, and providing excellent service to both internal teams and external visitors. Responsibilities

  • Perform reception duties and greet visitors professionally
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings across multiple departments
  • Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
  • Coordinate visitor access and maintain visitor logs
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
  • Enter data accurately into relevant systems
  • File documents and maintain organized records
  • Support meeting preparation and logistics
  • Manage office supplies inventory and reorder as necessary
  • Maintain accurate record-keeping and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in administrative support
  • High school diploma or equivalent
