Responsibilities
Responsible for delivery, schedule, and present new hire, group, and individual training based on learning needs, including required learning enhancement training, quality and customer service excellence. Core duties include promoting the organization's culture, mission, vision, and core values across the network, emphasizing planning, prioritizing, and presenting new and existing training program initiatives. Accountable for ensuring that the delivery of the program is consistent with the business's overall strategies, objectives, needs, and deliverables' expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support and mentor new team members through the duration of the onboarding process.
- Assures training delivery align with company goals.
- Deliver virtual and live classroom training while identifying gaps to help team members navigate successfully.
- Works to keep training programs vibrant and entertaining in order to engage team members and trainees.
- Integrate advanced technology (RadNet Applications) into training sessions and educate team members.
- Create efficiencies by improving processes and identifying best practices in training and development.
- Provide resolution for concerns, disputes, or issues around training curriculum and deliverables.
- Actively and positively participates in development of new team members.
- Manages time effectively and efficiently, proactively identify and issues.
- Support the culture of team work, excellence, efficiency, and execution.
- Keep attendance and other records and monitors to ensure that trainees are performing assigned duties.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs.
- Work closely with PSR SME (subject matter experts) as needed.
- Assist the Director to liaise with various department heads (stakeholders) ensuring adherence to the training expectations and practices.
- Update Director of Patient Service Representatives on execution of effort.
- Any other work assigned by Director of Patient Service Representatives.

Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
- Proven excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; able to encourage, inspire and challenge.
- Ability and confidence in making decisions right for the business and trainees.
- Flexibility with Virtual Training capabilities
- Regional Travel is mandatory up to 50%
- Being able to train efficiently in an agile and fast paced environment.
- Adaptable to consistent change; able to lead others through change.
- Ability to provide sound instructional expertise when facilitating training.
- Must demonstrate professionalism and the ability to work under pressure effectively.
- Must have strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Ability to mentor and manage people effectively, while balancing internal and external demands.
- Excellent telecommunication, verbal communication and demonstrated oral presentation skills.
- Proven ability to think strategically, solve problems, make decisions, set goals and direction.
- Strong experience and aptitude in various Windows-based programs (i.e., Excel, PPT, Smartsheet).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to present ideas and information in a concise, organized way.
- 2 to 3 years front end, PSR, or registration experience.
- Prior training experience (1 to 2 years minimum) preferred.
