  • Educate patients and families on treatment goals, adaptive equipment, home safety, and discharge recommendations
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, daily notes, treatment charges, and progress updates
  • Supervise and collaborate with Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) and therapy students in accordance with Wyoming practice standards
  • Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical presentation throughout the rehabilitation process
  • Participate in weekend coverage rotation and assist across service lines as patient census and operational needs require

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

  • Current CPR certification required per organizational policy
  • One year of Occupational Therapy experience preferred
  • Experience in acute care, inpatient rehab, outpatient therapy, or hospital-based rehabilitation preferred

  • Ability to prioritize patient care needs and manage varying caseload demands
  • Collaborative communication style with patients, families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Comfortable working with patients across multiple age groups and functional levels

Compensation & Benefits

Why Northeast Wyoming?

This region offers access to outdoor recreation, hiking, fishing, hunting, and wide-open mountain landscapes while maintaining a lower cost of living than many metro areas.
